Volunteer Liability Waiver

Volunteer understands participation involves inherent risks and releases Western Avenue Association from liability related to injury, illness, theft, or damages during participation.

Photo Release

Volunteer grants permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used in marketing and promotional materials.
