ENTRANT Expectations

By participating in Cruisin’ on the Mother Road car show, entrants agree to:

  • Keep vehicles on display until the conclusion of the event at 2:00 PM.

  • Remain until the conclusion of the event at 2:00 PM.

EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE

Entrant understands participation is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with participation in the event. Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Western Avenue Association, its board members, volunteers, sponsors, property owners, event partners, and the City of Oklahoma City from any claims, damages, injuries, theft, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the event.
Entrant certifies that they are the owner or authorized representative of the vehicle entered and that they maintain required insurance for operation of the vehicle.

Insurance & Responsibility

Entrant is solely responsible for their vehicle.

Western Avenue Association is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Weather Policy

This is a rain-or-shine event unless canceled by Western Avenue Association due to severe weather or safety concerns. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Entrant cancellations are non-refundable.

Media Release

Entrant grants permission for Western Avenue Association to use photos/videos of their vehicles and activities for marketing and promotional purposes.
