• Inclusion on event website and vendor map

• Access to event attendees throughout event hours

Health & Safety

Food vendors must comply with:

• Oklahoma County Health Department requirements

• Fire safety regulations

• Food handling regulations

• Waste disposal requirements

Generator & Noise Policy

Generators must be quiet and may not interfere with neighboring vendors, businesses, entertainment, or event operations.

Non-Compete Clause

Western Avenue Association reserves the right to limit food categories or deny participation to concepts that directly compete with existing Western Avenue restaurants participating in the event.

Cleanup Requirement

Food trucks must fully clean their assigned area before departure. Failure to do so may affect eligibility for future events.
